About Me
Hello, my name is Clare Doyle. I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.
- I currently practice Solution Focused Hypnotherapy from Mount Lennox, Antrim Road, Belfast and, also online via Zoom.
- I trained at the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School (CPHT), which is considered to be the gold standard in hypnotherapy and is recognised as the Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy training. I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
- Intrigued by the wonders of the human mind since I studied Psychology, consequently led me to studying Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I have helped many people turn their lives around from a whole host of difficulties including Depression, Anxiety, Confidence issues, Phobias, OCD and lots more.
- Hypnotherapy can be life changing for people and I find it incredibly rewarding seeing my clients empowered by the transformational changes they make as they move forward with a more positive mindset.
